Electricity Bill Calculator
Pick your region, enter the kWh you used and get an estimated electricity bill from the Ofgem price cap unit rate and standing charge.
How it is calculated
Bill ≈ kWh used × your unit rate (p/kWh) + the daily standing charge × days in the month. The Ofgem price cap sets the maximum unit rate and standing charge for standard variable tariffs in each region; fixed and time-of-use tariffs (such as Economy 7 or EV tariffs) will differ.
Results are estimates for planning, not bills or professional advice. For generator hookups use a changeover switch installed by a qualified electrician.
