Network Operators & Power Cut Numbers
Find the company that looks after the electricity network where you live, its power cut number and live map. Remember: this is not your energy supplier.
Your network operator (the distribution network operator, or DNO) owns the poles, cables and substations and is the company that restores your power. It is not the same as your energy supplier, who only bills you – so for a power cut, always contact your network operator.
In England, Scotland and Wales call 105 – free, 24 hours, from any phone – and you will be put through to the right operator for where you are. Northern Ireland: NIE Networks 03457 643 643.
