ukpowercut provides community-reported information “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Reports may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. ukpowercut is not affiliated with any electricity network operator, energy supplier, Ofgem, the Met Office or any government body.

Not an emergency service

Do not use this site to report emergencies. For fallen power lines, fires, gas leaks, carbon monoxide or medical emergencies call 999 immediately. To report a power cut call 105 (Great Britain) or your network operator.

Acceptable use

Submit only genuine reports. Do not submit false, abusive or automated reports, or scrape the service in a way that degrades it.

Calculators

Calculator results are estimates, not bills. Check your supplier’s current tariff for exact charges.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
